ATLANTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imperial Dade has acquired the assets of Sikes Paper & Chemical Supply, Inc. ("Sikes"). The transaction represents the fifteenth acquisition for Imperial Dade, a leading national distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies, under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and President of Imperial Dade, respectively.

Sikes, based in Atlanta, GA, is a distributor of sanitary products, equipment, and packaging serving the metropolitan Atlanta and North Georgia market areas. The acquisition enhances Imperial Dade's presence in the Southeast and will provide customers of both companies with an expanded product offering and exceptional service.
