These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by Imperial Dade Canada Inc. and its operating divisions from the supplier of goods/services. Terms and conditions guarantee consistency, transparency, and adherence when conducting sales transactions with Imperial Dade Canada Inc.

The Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act requires Imperial Dade Canada and other entities to disclose the steps they have taken to prevent and reduce the risk of using forced or child labor at any stage of their production process, whether within Canada, abroad, or for goods imported into Canada.
